Algo (trad: Something),

Alex Fernandez Camps, 2010

An experimental and completely useless object.
There are currently two Algo prototypes (18.3 Kgs. The first one and 4.4 Kgs the second, is hollow). Both are made by high density and resistance acrylic material, which makes them almost everlasting, as they are unbreakable.
They are like stones from a future generation.

The utility of Algo, in the best of cases, is something diffuse. However, what can’t be denied is that everybody smiles about it, even animals engage with it as soon as they discover Algo.
In any case, you could use it for whatever you want: to hold your keys or your mobile phone, stand on it and play to find your balance, look at it, hold a door, sleep on it, play with it, sit on it and meditate, stumble, drive a spaceship or make it whatever you want to be.

The realisation of this project holds an uncertain future, but if you want to know more please come to meet Algo. You are very welcome.
